Regional Bargaining Report # 4
Monday June 27, 2011 11:00 p.m.
The System Council T-6 met with New England Labor Relations today in Rye New York. The focus of today’s meeting was to layout the agenda for bargaining local issues for the New England states. The T-6 presented the Company with numerous requests for information such as cost, contracting and jobs. This information will be studied by the Council and will allow us to focus our proposals on specific areas.
Regional Bargaining is scheduled to resume tomorrow morning with the T-6 and the CWA Bargaining teams at the table.
Keep informed with updates from the bargaining table and do not listen to your manager’s spin on things. We are receiving information from work locations across New England that Management is updating the workgroups on Bargaining. The Company will be looking to spread propaganda. The only correct source of information should come from your Local.
Continue all Mobilization acts and remember Management is not your friend. They are currently trying to take your rights away. Don’t forget that!!!
